The first step to being a self reliant rock climber
The Introduction to Top-Rope Climbing is the first step towards autonomy in your climbing practice. This full day, guided by a qualified instructor, immerses you in the world of outdoor climbing.
You will become familiar with the equipment, knots, gear checks, reading the rock, progression techniques, and belaying methods, all topped off with the joy of climbing in the great outdoors.
A comprehensive experience for those curious to learn more about the sport.
Unlike the discovery activity, the initiation is a day dedicated to learning the techniques and methods required to rock climb safely.
** If you already know how to belay and tie in to the rope, you can directly sign up for our Top Rope Autonomy course.

8 years old if signing up with an adult
14 years old if signing up alone

Number of participants
4 to 6 participants
If the number of participants is insufficient, the course will be postponed
Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation and refund request by the client, a 10% transaction fee will apply.
Weather conditions
Some outings may be postponed in the case of bad weather.
**If the minimum number of participants isn’t met, we will postpone the course to another date.
