Lead Climbing Course

This training is designed for those who are already climbing on top-rope outdoors or who have a solid indoor climbing background as a lead climber.
This training prepares you for climbing around the world by covering:
- Selection and use of equipment
- Belaying the lead climber
- Lead climbing
- Setting up anchors
- Clipping in to a climbing anchor
- Belaying from the top
- Rappelling
- Transitioning between lead climbing to top-roping
- Basic self-rescue techniques
It is a crucial step to becoming an autonomous climber and exploring new vertical horizons.

Course duration
2 days, 9 am to 5 pm
Minimum age requirement
16 years old
Cost
250$ + tx
Number of participants
4 à 6 participants
If the number of participants is insufficient, the course will be converted into a one-day private lesson (1 instructor for 2 participants) or will be postponed.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation and refund request by the client, a 10% transaction fee will apply.
Weather conditions
Some outings may be postponed in the case of bad weather.
Recommended prior experience
Being an autonomous outdoor ”top roper” or a confident indoor lead climber.
