Stress Management Climbing Workshop
Explore rock climbing and experiment practical stress management tools.
This full-day workshop combines outdoor rock climbing with the exploration of practical stress management tools. Guided by a certified instructor and a psychoeducator (member of the OPPQ), it invites you to experience nature as a space for learning and renewal.
Climbing here becomes a true field of experimentation: you will explore your reactions when facing challenges, test strategies to better regulate stress, and discover how to apply them in daily life.
Through climbing, hands-on practice, and group sharing, you’ll leave with concrete and accessible tools, useful both in your personal life and in your sports activities.
No prior experience required. All climbing equipment is provided.
